I have dealt with the challenges of weight loss and appetite control all my life. I have been on too many diets to name and found most of them to be gimmicks put out there to sell books and products that do not help people. As a cancer survivor, I understand the challenges that we all face and hope to help people live happier lives. The tag line of my gym is "Live Better" and I mean it.
