Taking the three cornerstones--nutrition, meal planning and fitness--of becoming lean, PhatBurn has created a 60-day workout and meal plan that melts away the fat. Trainers push students to their limit in high-intensity interval sessions and using bands, weights, jumpropes and agility ladders. Students also eat meals prepared by PhatBurn's chef.
