Day Trip: Muscoot Farm in the Fall

Several programs celebrate autumn at Muscoot Farm over the coming weekends.

The county park has an on-site museum that has a glimpse of a working dairy farm in the early 20th century. Weekly farmer’s markets, hayrides, adult programs, farming workshops, and a young farmer’s camp are all part of the farm’s year-round attractions.

Admission to Muscoot Farm is free; there will be a price per pound for pumpkins and a $5 fee for painting a pumpkin. Proceeds benefit the farm through the Friends of Muscoot Farm, Inc.
