The Miss New York USA and Miss New York Teen USA will be held at the Performing Arts Center at SUNY Purchase Jan. 18 and 19.

Westchester County announces the return of the 2014 Miss New York USA and Miss New York Teen USA pageants Jan. 18-19 at the Performing Arts Center at Purchase College.

“We are thrilled to host the pageants for a third year in a row and look forward to welcoming a record number of contestants and their families to Westchester County for a memorable weekend,” said Westchester County Executive Robert P. Astorino.  “This event is not only a lot of fun, but also brings in new tourism dollars by attracting thousands of visitors to our hotels, restaurants, shops and all that Westchester County has to offer.”

More than 270 young women from across New York are expected to compete for the prestigious titles of Miss New York USA and Miss New York Teen USA. The pageant is the official preliminary to the MISS TEEN USA, MISS USA and MISS UNIVERSE pageants.
