World Pong Tour to Kick-off at Uncle Henry's in Harrison

Pong? This is not your frat basement challenge. The 12-City Pong Tournament is played with water in the party cups and is about skill, hand-eye coordination and competition.

World Pong Tour is preparing to kick off a 12 city tour starting August 6, 2013 at Uncle Henry’s Bar and Grille in Harrison. This version of pong is not your frat basement challenge. 12-City Pong Tournament is played with water in the cups and is all about skill, hand-eye coordination and competition.

Other tour stops according to a release from World Pong Tours of White Plains will include: Paulie’s in Pleasantville, Wicked Wolf in Hoboken, Saxon Woods Golf Course in Scarsdale, Sprain Lake Golf Course in Yonkers, Come See Me in White Plains, Elements in White Plains, Thornwood Ale House in Thornwood, Mahoney’s in Poughkeepsie, Emmett’s Castle in Pearl River, Nyack Pour House in Nyack, Rudy’s Sports Bar in Hartsdale which all lead up to the final event at the Westchester County Center where winners from all previous locations will play for the Championship and huge prizes.

Pong is changing the frat house basement game into the mainstream scene- a movement spearheaded by The World Pong Tour. Pong is a popular game played by tossing a ping pong ball into an opposing team’s cups arranged on the opposite end of a nine foot table. A famous college drinking game, Pong has exploded into the national spotlight, and WPT has transformed this underground game into an organized series of events by getting both corporate and local sponsors involved.
