Umbro's second score came less than a minute into the second period as Prunesti assisted on the play.

Junior forward Kevin Fusco's goal three minutes later pulled the Titans to within one goal, 3-2, on forward Joe DiBeradino's assist. But the Huguenots went up two more goals for the 5-2 lead on Sioufas' power play from Belvin off of one of many penalties on the night for both teams.

"It was a very penalty ran game," New Rochelle Assistant Coach Rich Dimondo said.

The Titans kept fighting back in the third with the help of freshman forward Ian Bass' goal right out of the break from junior defender Evan Jacobs to trail 5-3. Huguenots forward Tommy Veres answered the play with a score of his own, giving his team a 6-3 lead with less than 12 minutes to play in regulation.

Jacobs then scored for the Titans with under five minutes to go, but the Titans weren't able to overcome the two-goal deficit, losing 6-4 to the Huguenots.
