Sports Digest: Bruckner to Pitch For Iona

Harrison's ace on the baseball diamond will announce today his intent to play for Iona College after graduation. 

Max Bruckner will sign his letter of intent with Iona before even throwing a pitch in his senior season. Bruckner served as the Huskies' ace last spring before with the Bobby Valentine All-American Team.

A ceremony is scheduled at Harrison High School for 2:45 p.m.

At least one more Harrison athlete will also be signing a letter of intent today. Check back this afternoon to find out which Harrison athletes have made their college choice.

The Westchester County Cheerleading Invitational took place at the Westchester County Center last night. Harrison will participate tonight in Conference B, two weeks ago the Huskies  championship.
