Special Election To Fill Assembly Vacancy Today

Polls stay open until 9 p.m.

Harrison voters will be heading to the polls today to fill a vacancy in the 89th Assembly District.

The candidates are County Legislator Peter Harckham (D, WFP-Katonah) and former Lewisboro Councilman Robert Castelli (R).

Polls will be open from  6 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Locations: the Harrison Library, Harrison Avenue School, Veteran's Memorial Building, the Leo Mintzer Recreation Center, SUNY Purchase, the Park Lane Community House, the Girl Scout building and the Knights of Columbus.

Voters who usually go to the Purchase Community House and the Harrison Fire Department will be directed elsewhere, and notified of their polling location by the Board of Elections by mail.
