Participate: Tuesday's Assembly Candidate Forum on Twitter

Robert Castelli and David Buchwald, candidates for New York's 93rd Assembly seat, will present at a League of Women voters forum Tuesday night. Congressional candidates Joe Carvin, Nita Lowey and Frank Morganthaler will also attend.

Tuesday night's forum featuring candidates for New York State Assembly and Congress won't be televised, but Patch readers can follow the action on Twitter—and if attending, participate in the live tweeting.

The event includes candidates for 17th Congressional District Joe Carvin, Nita Lowey and Frank Morganthaler as well as Robert Castelli and David Buchwald, candidates for the 93rd Assembly seat. It and starts at 7:30 p.m. at the Harrison Public Library at 2 Bruce Avenue in Harrison. The event is sponsored by the League of Women Voters of Rye, Rye Brook, Port Chester and Harrison.

The 93rd district includes New Castle, Mount Kisco, Bedford, Harrison and part of White Plains. District 17 includes all of Rockland County and Yorktown, Peekskill, Cortlandt, Mount Kisco, New Castle, Ossining, Mount Pleasant, North Castle, Greenburgh, Harrison, Rye in Westchester County
