Flooding Work Session Planned for Monday

Town engineers will make a public presentation to the Harrison Town Board Monday evening as Harrison continues to address flooding concerns.

Harrison residents are invited to a public work session Monday when the town board will hear an update from town engineers about work being done to mitigate some of the flooding that has taken place in many local neighborhoods.

The entire Harrison Town Board is expected to attend the public work session, scheduled for Monday at 7 p.m. Engineers have been looking into flooding issues that have become an almost regular occurrence in places like Genesee and Shawnee Trail, the Brentwood neighborhood and Park Avenue.

This work session will focus on flooding from the Brentwood Brook in the trails neighborhoods.
