West Harrison Man Charged with 2 DUIs in Connecticut

A West Harrison man was arrested twice over the weekend for allegedly driving under the influence.

Brian Porch, 36, of 115 Columbus Avenue, West Harrison, NY, was arrested twice by Farmington, CT police over the weekend for charges of driving under the influence.

He was first arrested July 16 at 4:26 a.m. at 110 Main St., where officers said they found him sleeping in his car behind Saint Patrick Church, according to arrest reports.

Porch was charged with operating under the influence and released on a $1,500 non-surety bond, with a suspended license.

Less than 24 hours later, police report they stopped Porch for a motor vehicle violation, again at 110 Main St. This time he was charged with operating under the influence and driving under suspension.

He was released after posting $5,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in court on July 27.
