Police were transporting a New City man to the hospital when he allegedly kicked out windows on two police cars and bit an officer. The man was picked up following a domestic dispute report and willingly entered a police vehicle so he could be taken to the hospital. Police say the man then must have become agitated and and kicked out the rear driver’s side and passenger side windows of the car. Police then arrested the man who began to struggle and bit an officer in the hand. Once he was restrained and put into another police vehicle, he kicked out that back window.
