State police handed out 52 tickets for various vehicle and traffic violations during a speeding detail in the Town of Harrison Wednesday.
The detail took place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on I-684 and resulted in 44 tickets for speeding, three tickets for failing to wear a seatbelt and three arrests for using a cell phone/texting while driving.
Police also issued two tickets for other vehicle and traffic violations.
