State Police: White Plains Man Charged With DWI In Harrison

A White Plains man has been charged with drunken driving in Harrison, according to State Police.

Jose L. Ruiz, 46, of White Plains, was stopped at 1:42 a.m. Saturday on the Cross Westchester Expressway in Harrison. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and released pending a Harrison Court hearing.
