The following arrest report was provided by the Harrison Police Department, it does not indicate a conviction.

A man who police say has been repeatedly caught driving without a license was charged with a felony after his latest offense on Anderson Hill Road in Purchase.

Harrison Police arrested 43-year-old Anibal Santiago after a traffic stop Tuesday night when police records indicated he was driving without a valid license and had 59 prior violations on 24 different dates.

Because of his previous record, police placed Santiago under arrest at the scene. He was transported to police headquarters where he was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle in the first degree—a felony, according to an arrest report.
