Police: Pearl River Man Charged With Felony DWI In Harrison
He's stopped for traffic violation on I-95.
A Pearl River man stopped for a traffic violation on I-95 in the Town of Harrison is charged with felony drunk driving, according to State Police.
Jorge A. Bautista-Delgado, 33, was stopped at 10:31 p.m. on Monday by a state trooper from the New Rochelle barracks.
Police said Butista-Delgado was charged with driving while intoxicated, a felony, because of a previous DWI conviction. He was also issued a ticket for failure to use a designated lane.

He was released pending a court hearing in Harrison.
