Police: Harrison Man Caught With Oxycodone

The following arrest report was provided by the Harrison Police Department, it does not indicate a conviction.

A Harrison man faces misdemeanor drug charges after police say they discovered five oxycodone pills in his vehicle during a traffic stop.

Nicholas Fusco, 28, of 144 Rockwell St., was pulled over near the intersection of White Plains and Westchester Avenues on March 20. Police say they smelled marijuana in the vehicle during the stop and discovered a wooden box and glass bottle holding marijuana.

During a further search, police say they found five 30-milligram tablets of oxycodone on the driver's side floorboard. Fusco said he didn't have a prescription for the drugs, police said, and he was arrested at the scene.
