During a search of the vehicle police report finding a clear bag containing marijuana, two clear bags containing marijuana residue and one adderall pill. Police also report finding two plastic pen tubes with a white powdery substance inside.

Both the driver and a 21-year-old passenger were arrested and taken into police custody. The driver later claimed ownership of the adderall pill, while the passenger said that the marijuana was his. The passenger was ticketed for unlawful possession of marijuana and released.

The driver told police that friends not present at the scene had used the pens to sniff drugs in his vehicle. He was issued summonses and released on $1,000 cash bail.

Both men are due in Harrison court on March 29.
