According to LoHud,  a gas odor along the I-95 corridor prompted Mamaroneck, Rye and Harrison residents to call ConEdison and report the smell around 7:30 a.m.

This is the second suspected gas leak in Harrison in as many weeks. On Jan. 6, a business on Halstead Ave. reported a gas odor after a ConEdison crew broke a water-main while completing excavation in the area.
