N.J. Woman Charged In $765 Theft At Palisades Center Mall

A New Jersey woman is accused of taking more than $700 worth of merchandise from a store in West Nyack on Thursday, according to .

Emila Puscas, 42, of Bergenfield, NJ, was charged with petty larceny and criminal possession of stolen property in connection with a 1:45 p.m. incident at the department store at the mall. Police said store security complained that Puscas took clothing worth about $765 from store displays and attempted to leave without paying for the merchandise.

After her arrest, Puscas was later released pending a Feb. 15 hearing in Clarkstown Town Court in New City.

You're an idiot. First off where did you get your "facts" about many of the theft occuring from people of surrounding urban areas? The toilet store? I know many that shoplift from the mall that are from the burbs including Rockland and Westchester. Also, Sephora does have security you genius. Your mistake there totally invalidates everything you said as caca and should just be brush off.

Clarkstown police say that the Sephora store at Palisades Center has a solid loss-prevention team that cooperates closely with town officers.

That's funny. The head and only security guard of that store quit and as of today has not been replaced.
