Minor Flooding on Local Roads
The second major rainstorm in five days has spared almost all of Harrison's roads.
It looks like for the second time this week Harrison will escape a major rain storm without significant flooding.
The heaviest precipitation has left the region as of 10:30 a.m. With the exception of some minor ponding, local roads remain clear. The only closure reported is a small section of Nelson Avenue in front of , with no other problems being reported, according to .
Some of the county's this morning, creating delays for many during the Friday commute. Thursday's powerful spring storm dumped between three and five inches of rain on the area overnight.

A flood watch remains in effect throughout the region until 6 p.m., as local streams might still flood as a result of runoff.
Those in flood-prone areas are still urged to take proper precautions, but it appears the worst has left the region.
