HPD: Man Tosses Bible, Faces Littering Charge

The following arrest information was provided by the Harrison Police Department, it does not indicate a conviction.

A New Rochelle man was cited for littering after he tossed a Bible into the flower bed of a home on Anderson Hill Road home on August 1, police say.

The 39-year-old was walking eastbound at about 12:15 p.m. when an officer reported seeing him throw the bible onto the property at 194 Anderson Hill Road. The officer issued an appearance ticket for August 14 and released the man at the scene, according to an arrest report.
