Man reports seeing someone stealing the rims from a vehicle on Mamaroneck Avenue.

At about 1:45p.m. Tuesday, a caller reported seeing a Hispanic male stealing four rims from a blue Infinity on Mamaroneck Avenue in Harrison. The caller said the man fled the scene in a blue caravan with Florida license plates.
