Harrison Man Accused of DWI Downtown
The following arrest information was provided by the Harrison Police Department, it does not indicate a conviction.
A Harrison man faces a driving while intoxicated charge following a traffic stop on Harrison Ave.
John Iasillo, 33, of 17 Broadway, was stopped for a traffic violation near the intersection of Harrison and Union Ave. just before 11 p.m. on Sept. 13, police say. Police reported smelling alcohol while interviewing Iasillo. A computer check also revealed that Iasillo's license was suspended, according to an arrest report.
Police conducted a field sobriety test, which Iasillo failed, according to an arrest report.

Iasillo was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. A Breathalyzer test showed Iasillo's blood-alcohol level was .08, according to police.
Iasillo was processed at police headquarters and released. He is due in court Oct. 9.
