Man Pleads Guilty to Marijuana Possession

Adrian Augustus pled guilty to unlawful possession of marijuana. He will pay a $100 fine, along with a $125 surcharge.

DWI Dropped to DWAI

Adam Swerdlow pled guilty to driving while ability impaired, reducing his charges from first-offense driving while intoxicated after a plea deal with the district attorney. Swerdlow will pay a $300 fine, $260 surcharge, will have his license suspended for 90 days and will have to take alcohol awareness classes.

Guilty Plea for Disorderly Conduct

Diego Moulard-Almada pled guilty to disorderly conduct, a reduction from an original charge of petit larceny. Moulard-Almada will pay a $100 fine and a $125 surcharge.

DWI Dropped to DWAI

Rosanna Shkreli pled guilty to driving while ability impaired, reducing a charge of first-offense driving while intoxicated. Shkreli will pay a $300 fine, $260 surcharge, will have her license suspended for 90 days and will have to take alcohol awareness classes.

Guilty Plea for Disorderly Conduct

Jose Vargas, originally charged with being an unlicensed contractor, pled guilty to disorderly conduct. He will pay a $50 fine and a $125 surcharge.

Judge Issues Bench Warrant

Abner Guzman, charged with driving while ability impaired, possession of marijuana and two lesser charges, was not in court on Tuesday. Judge Ronald B. Bianchi issued a bench warrant for Guzman.

DWI Dropped to DWAI

Christopher Wilson pled guilty to driving while ability impaired after reaching a plea agreement with the district attorney. He accepted a lesser charge after being arrested for both first-offense driving while intoxicated and driving while ability impaired as a result of drugs or alcohol. Wilson will pay a $300 fine, a $260 surcharge, will have his license suspended for 90 days and will be required to take drug and alcohol awareness classes.

DWI Suspect Granted Partial Driving Priveledges

Patricia Moreau, charged with first offense driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated and four other violations, asked the judge to allow her to drive to work.

Judge Bianchi allowed her to drive to work but, after an objection from the district attorney, she was not allowed to drive while on the job, which she claimed was an aspect of her employment.

Aggravated DWI Suspect Pleads Guilty

Jesus Palacios, charged with first-offense driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated pled guilty and accepted 3 years probation. He will have his license revoked for a minimum of 6 months and will pay a $500 fine with a $400 surcharge. Judge Bianchi added that the probation officer may require Palacios to install a car breathalyzer when he is allowed to drive again.

  • Gerardo Delossantos - DWI with a previous conviction 
  • Michael Dimarino - Possession of marijuana
  • William Goods - DWI - first offense and unlicensed driver
  • Todd Kelerman - Use of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
  • Dan McDougall - Burglary, forgery, grand larceny and petit larceny
  • Frederic Negrini - Assault
  • Derek Nixon - Possession of marijuana
  • Genevieve Peattie - Aggravated unlicensed operation
  • Allan Restrepo - Aggravated unlicensed operation
  • Hector Rodriguez - Grand larceny and bail jumping
  • Danny Rosamilia - Assault
  • Martin Saez - Grand larceny
  • Travis Samuels - Reckless endangerment, fleeing an officer, reckless driving and unlicensed operation.
  • Somi Sanchez - Aggravated unlicensed operation
  • Julia Vetrova - DWI - first offense
  • Gerby Zelaya - Unlawful imprisonment and aggravated harassment
