Florida Man Accused of Possessing Prescription Drugs

The following arrest information was provided by Harrison Police, it does not indicate a conviction.

A Florida man who police say was transporting prescription weigh-gaining supplements, a steroid blend and several syringes faces felony and misdemeanor charges after he was arrested last week on Westchester Avenue in Harrison.

Patric Colderbanks, 32, was stopped by police for a broken brake light while he was driving on Westchester Avenue on Oct. 25. A computer check at the scene revealed Colderbanks, of 7671 Chaucer Drive, Weeki Wachee, FL., had an active bench warrant out for his arrest from Yonkers.

Police arrested Colderbanks at the scene. While checking the vehicle police report finding a plastic container holding 130 oxandrolone tablets (a prescription weigh-gaining supplement) as well as a clear glass vial labeled "testosterone blend" and four syringes.

Colderbanks was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree—a class D felony—and seventh degree—a class A misdemeanor. He was arrested at the scene and transported to police headquarters for processing.
