Car Accident Cleared Near HRP Exit 28 in Purchase
A tow truck removed a vehicle from the scene at 8:15 a.m. today.
A motor vehicle accident that took place this morning on the Hutchinson River Parkway near Exit 28 in Purchase has been cleared.
The exit was closed temporarily in the southbound direction as authorities cleared the scene. A yellow SUV was towed from the exit ramp at about 8:15 a.m., it had been in a snow bank between the highway and the exit.
Southbound traffic passing through the area was reduced to one lane while the scene was cleared and there were only minor delays.
