Angelina Carpenito Magnotta, 96, of West Harrison, NY passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on March 10, 2013.
She was born December 23, 1916 to Felix and Antoinette Ricciardelli Carpenito.
After the death of her mother, she became the matriarch of the family. She was predeceased by her husband Rocco S. Magnotta, three sisters; Tessie, Rose and Vera, five brothers; Dominic, Mario, Joe, Sonny and Guido.
Angelina is survived by two loving children Grace (Dan) Mastropietro of Irvington, NY and Annette Magnotta of West Harrison, NY. She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren Laura (Neil) Brower and Peter (Julie) Immediato and great grandchildren; Emma, Abby & Austin and her brothers; Frank, Mitty, Tony and Raymond Carpenito, besides many nieces & nephews.
Angelina was a member of the Senior Citizens and Sons of Italy.
Visitation will be Wednesday 4 to 8 P.M. Mass of Christian burial 10 A.M. on Thursday at St. Anthony of Padua Church with interment to follow at Mt Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
Arrangements are being handled by McMahon, Lyon & Hartnett Funeral Home, 491 Mamaroneck Ave., White Plains.
