Mildred "Maggie" Verano, 82, of West Harrison, passed into eternal rest on Monday March 17, 2014 after a long illness.
She was born in White Plains, NY on May 15, 1931. She was the daughter of the late Josephine and Salvatore Scatoloni.
She was preceded in death by her sisters Florence, Victoria and Rosemarie. Maggie married Anthony "Zacky" Verano, at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church on October 11th, 1953.
Along with her husband, she is survived by her son Anthony, his wife, Marieanne, her grandson Anthony and his fiance, Ashley, granddaughter Christa and Michael and her great granddaughter Kaylee.
Visitation is at March 20 at McMahon, Lyon & Hartnett, 491 Mamaroneck Ave., White Plains.
Funeral is 10 a.m. March 21, Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 92 South Lexington Ave., White Plains.
