Loretta Busca was born Sept. 26, 1927, in Harrison, N.Y., the daughter of the late Vito and Rose (DeSerio) Manuzzi.
She was united in marriage to Aurelio Busca on Aug. 25, 1951, in St. Mary Church, Norwich. Her husband, who was retired from the U.S. Coast Guard Band, died April 1, 2002.
Mrs. Busca was employed at Stop & Shop as a customer service representative, retiring after 25 years of service. She was a member of the former Italian American Club in New London and was a communicant of St. Joseph Parish, New London.
Funeral arrangements were handled by Impellitteri-Malia Funeral Home of New London.
