SUGARFEST! 2014 at Westmorland Sanctuary. Join us for one of Westmoreland’s most popular signature events! Sugarfest! celebrates the sugaring season with programming, demonstrations, and of course our delectable all-you-can-eat Pancake Feast served with 100% New York Maple Syrup.

Daddy & Me Animal Show at Rye Nature Center. Fathers can drop in with their kids for this fun-filled animal adventure.

Beautiful Butterfly at Lakeshore Learning. Spring is coming...and it’s time to celebrate with a lovable, kid-crafted butterfly!

The Hudson River Museum Video Arcade. The Hudson River Museum’s Video Arcade has the best gaming in the world from XBox 1 and Wii U to PS 3 and arcade machines. Go solo, challenge a friend, or play games on your own handheld device. All ages.

Planetarium Opening at Hudson River Museum. See a million stars in the Hudson River Museum's new, state-of-the-art, digital Planetarium. The only public planetarium between New York City and Albany-shows resume Saturdays and Sundays at 12:30, 2 and 3:30 pm starting Saturday, March 8.

Family Studio Projects at Hudson River Museum. Creative activities every Saturday and Sunday from 1 - 4 pm. Use geometric shapes and crazy patterned tape, create shapes like those seen in early video games. On Saturdays, get scientific-make logic boards, like the millions inside your computer.

Mamacon (and Papas too!) at The Voracious Reader. Join us for a morning all about loving connection. Families with babies up to 10 months and expectant families are welcome.

Woodworking: Garden Trellis Workshop  at Wave Hill. Trellises perform double-duty by supporting rambling vines and serving as ornamental garden features.

Awesome Opossum at Hudson Highlands Nature Museum. Opossums are not related to rodents, they are actually marsupials with fascinating adaptations. Learn about them and observe our resident opossum enjoy a morning snack. Make a 'possum pouch to take home.

Maple Sugar Tours and Opening Day at Hudson Highlands Nature Museum. Museum educators guide small groups on 60-minute tours through the forest teaching all about Maple Sugaring now and in the past. Maple products and hot chocolate available for purchase in the visitors center.

International Family Folk Dance  at New Era Creative Space. All Ages Welcome! 2nd Saturdays 6:30pm-8:30pm

Charlotte's Web at Emelin Theatre. This timeless story, featuring mad-cap and endearing farm animals, explores bravery, selfless love, and the true meaning of friendship. Ages 4+

Saturday Bird Walks at the Pratt Nature Center! Bring your binoculars and do some exploring, talking about how the different birds might be dealing with the changes in the season. Build your birding skills at the Pratt Nature Center in New Milford! Aspiring bird nerds of all ages are welcome!

CELTIC CROSSROADS at Eisenhower Hall Theatre. Welcome to the most unique Irish experience! CELTIC CROSSROADS is critically acclaimed as "the most exhilarating and authentic show to come from Ireland in decades - not to be missed."

Seed-Saving at Hilltop Hanover Farm. Learn from Shanyn Segal seed saving expert on how to plan your garden for effective seed saving from the start. Learn about which plants to save and how to plan for storage. Registration is required.

Winter Farm Market at Stone Barns Center. Join us in the warmth of the Hay Barn on 3/9 from 10 AM - 4 PM to pick up farm-fresh Stone Barns produce, meat and eggs, baked goods from Red Barn Bakery and assorted dairy products from The Amazing Real Live Food Co.

MAPLE SUGARING PARTY at Greenburgh Nature Center.  Family fun to highlight the end of winter and the peak of the maple sugaring season, when the warming daytime temperatures stimulate the sap to flow.

Explore the Orchestra Programs for Children ages 4-7 at Stamford Symphony. Each 45 minute long program is an enriching, fun-filled experience designed for children, 4-7 years old, to investigate and learn about instrument families and experience the joys of music.
