Specialty Camps: Summer Camp Directory

These programs are for kids with special interests or abilities.

Whether your child can’t get enough baseball, or has a passion for painting, or seeks to be around others who share his or her special condition, there are plenty of camps in our region (and beyond) that cater to those interests.

When it comes to planning a fun and enriching experience for your children, the many summer camps and programs in Putnam, Rockland and Westchester counties offer something for every kind of ability, interest and schedule.

Here is just a sampling of great options: Programs that specialize in sports or the arts; day camps that are close to home; camps for kids who are theater-mad or crazy about computers; camps that keep academic skills honed over the summer months.

Don't see your program here? Tell us in the comments or email kathleen@patch.com and we will add it right away!

Happy camping!
