Westchester Residential Opportunities, Inc. (HUD Certified not-for-profit based in Westchester County) is hosting the Homeowners Outreach Workshop in order to provide those struggling with their mortgages the opportunity to meet with bank representatives for no cost. The banks that have confirmed are: Bank of America, CHASE, HSBC and Citi. Individuals not currently working with WRO must bring: Last 2 months bank statements, last 2 paystubs and or all proof of income sources, last 2 years tax returns, financial statement of all house expenses and hardship letter.
