Loving Lampposts

Loving Lampposts explores the autism movement and the changing world of autism. Filmmaker Todd Drezner frames the current debates around autism in the film through the voices of those who are autistic, parents, doctors, and therapists. Loving Lampposts received the Best Feature Documentary Award at the 2011 Peace on Earth Film Festival. This event is part of the Sarah Lawrence College Child Development Institute and Art of Teaching film series.

After the film screening, there will be a panel to facilitate discussion, which will include filmmaker Todd Drezner and SLC faculty.
