Updated: Snowstorm on the Way for Harrison

Heavy snowfall is headed for the region Friday night, according to the National Weather Service.

Harrison is likely to get hit with a snowstorm Friday night, according to the National Weather Service—snow combined with strong winds has led to a winter storm watch for Friday night.

  • Snow before 9am, then rain and snow between 9am and noon, then rain after noon. The rain and snow could be heavy at times. High near 38. East wind 10 to 16 mph, with gusts as high as 28 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
  • Friday Night Rain before 9pm, then snow. The rain and snow could be heavy at times. Low around 25. Windy, with a north wind 21 to 26 mph, with gusts as high as 55 mph. Chance of precipitation is 100%. New snow accumulation of 5 to 9 inches possible.
