1. Defense Attorney Wants Food Pantry Case Moved From Harrison Court
Kevin Kitson, the attorney representing Sherry Toplyn, that his client may not be judged fairly in Harrison Court. No motions have been filed, but Kitson said he will consider it moving forward. Toplyn and five other former Harrison employees are charged with petit larceny in connection with the alleged food pantry thefts earlier this year.
2. Free Toddler Story Time at the Harrison LibraryFrom 10:30 - 11 a.m., the will host "Storyland," a free group for little ones ages three to five. From 11:15 - 11:45 a.m., the library will host "Circle Time for Tots," another free event for younger kids ages one to three.
