2. HCSD Budget Proposed TonightThe Harrison Board of Education will officially unveil its proposed 2011 - 12 budget tonight at L.M.K. Middle School. The budget has been , but tonight the board will accepet questions from the public. The budget calls for an approximate 3.18 percent tax rate increase and several staff reductions.

3. Free Toddler Story Time at the Harrison LibraryFrom 10:30 - 11 a.m., the will host "Storyland," a free group for little ones ages three to five.
