Wake Up with Patch: Power Updates, MTA Resumes Regular Service

1. Power Outage Updates

On Monday, Con Edison reported that there were about 1,000 outages, mostly on the Harrison-Mamaroneck border. details how Con Edison goes about working on power outages, which the company said should be completed by Thursday.

4. Westchester County Declared Federal Disaster Area

NY Senator Kirsten Gillibrand while touring flood damage in Rye that she helped to convince President Obama to declare Westchester County a Federal Disaster Area. The designation should help bring in funds to the county for storm-related repairs.
