2. Harrison High School Named International Baccalaureate World School

The International Baccalaureate Organization has informed Harrison High School of its acceptance into the International Baccalaureat World School program. Students will begin studies in the program in September.

3. Wool Defends Superintendent Salaries

In an article on Harrison Patch, Superintendent Louis Wool said that a superintendent salary cap doesn't take into consideration the specialized skills of school officials.

4. County Golf Courses Delay Season Openings

Due to ground conditions, the six Westchester County golf courses have delayed their season openings.  Dunwoodie, Sprain Lake and Hudson Hills will open today and Mohansic, Maple Moor and Saxon Woods will open tomorrow.
