Report: Harrison One of Nation's Best Places to Live

A CNN Money report names Harrison one of the top 100 small towns in the United States.

Take a minute and appreciate it—Harrison is one of the nation's best small towns to live in.

At least according to a recent article in Money Magazine, which named Harrison number 70 in the top 100 countdown of best places to live. Citing the string of corporate headquarters in Purchase, proximity to New York City and the public school system, the article praised Harrison as a destination for anyone looking to relocate:

"Many of the breadwinners in this affluent, carefully landscaped Westchester County town work in New York City, about 30 miles away. But there are plenty of high-paying jobs right here—specifically, in the part of town known as Purchase, where PepsiCo and MasterCard are headquartered (Morgan Stanley has a large office here as well). As you might imagine, the high-achieving residents expect top schools; Harrison High is considered among the best in the country.," the article says.
