Regional Traffic Conditions Still Not Peachy

Expect delays in Metro North and the Westchester County Airport.

The storm may be over across the region, but downed trees and accidents are still causing headaches for motorists.

Updated 11:45 AM:

In Eastchester, the Hutchinson River Pkwy southbound after Mill Rd is still closed due to an ongoing accident investigation.

In Irvington, the I-87 ramp to Exit 7A (Saw Mill River Pkwy) is still closed due to downed trees.

The Merritt Pkwy severe weather warning has been lifted. All lanes are open with delays.

Metro-North service is still suspended on the Upper Harlem Line from North White Plains to Wassaic due to downed trees, power outages, and slippery rail conditions.

10:20 AM:

The Merritt Pkwy is still under a severe weather warning. Travel is prohibited for non-emergency personnel.

Metro North train service has been suspended on the Wassaic branch and the Upper Harlem Line between North White Plains and Wassaic due to downed trees and power outages.

Bus lines are providing service to Danbury and Waterbury Metro North lines due to downed trees and power outages. MTA is advising to allow extra time during your train travels today.

Hutchinson River Pkwy southbound in Eastchester is closed after Mill Rd due to an accident.

Due to downed trees in Irvington, the New York State Thruway ramp to 7A (Saw Mill River Pkwy) is closed in both directions.

I-684 there is an accident blocking a lane in Armonk, at Exit 3 (Rt 22).

Westchester Airport is open and there are no reported delays across the Tappan Zee Bridge.
