Police: Bike Stolen From Train Station, Graffiti Discovered in Parks

A larceny and two acts of criminal mischief were reported to Harrison Police this week.

A Trek bicycle was cut from a chain and stolen from the Harrison Train Station, police say.

The bike had been left locked to a chain on the east platform on June 4. The bike's owner discovered the bike had been cut from the chain and taken around 1 p.m. Police have no suspects or witnesses at this time.

Two spots in Brentwood Park were also graffitied. On June 8, parks department workers noticed that the outside lights near the park's bathrooms had been damaged. There was also graffiti on the outside wall of the bathrooms.
