Movie Stars Align on Sunny Ridge Road

About a dozen film trucks lined Sunny Ridge Road in Harrison Wednesday, as the neighborhood hosted a one-day film shoot for an upcoming independent feature.

Julianne Moore, Greg Kinnear and Nathan Lane were on the scene throughout the day, filming scenes for "The English Teacher". Neighbors had been warned about the shoot by signs posted throughout the neighborhood.

The film shoot lasted from 8 a.m. until about 10 p.m. Traffic was monitered by police throughout the day and, outside of a little extra traffic and excitement, most homes in the area were unaffected.
