Morning 5: A Busy Weekend in Harrison, Here's What to Know

1. West Harrison Farmers Market Saturday

You only have a few more chances to visit this year's West Harrison Farmers Market. The market has been held all summer every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the West Harrison green.

There are only a few Saturday's left, so make sure you check out the market while you still can.

2. A Big Day For Harrison Football

In a rare Saturday night game, Harrison will take on John Jay High School Saturday night at Harrison High School. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m.

There will also be a BBQ before the game for those interested in supporting the Harrison Booster Club. Participants are encouraged to to support breast cancer research.

3. Harrison Public Library Foundation Reception Sunday

The Harrison Public Library Foundation will Sunday afternoon at 4 p.m. in the Harrison Library.

The event is free an open to the public. Stop by if you are interesting in seeing this groups vision for the future of Harrison's libraries.
