Clear skies and an earlier than expected end to yesterday's rainfall has helped clear highways and parkways in lower Westchester for Wednesday's commute.
The Hudson Valley Travel Management Center is now reporting no delays related to flooding, after at least eight incidents were reported yesterday. The only remaining delays are accident related.
