The workshop is for anyone interested in a run for the school board now or in the future.

The program will feature a panel of current school board members and an area school superintendent discussing topics such as: roles and responsibilities, district issues and operations, board/superintendent relationships, school district budgets, and the myths and realities of board service.  Workshop participants will have the opportunity to participate in a board meeting scenario and consider typical board of education issues.
