. July 16. 6 p.m. There are only two chances left to work with beading extraordinaire Joan Lloyd at the Hendrick Hudson Free Library this summer. Lloyd makes 500 pairs of earrings per year that she donates to battered women's shelters countrywide. For every pair you keep, you donate a pair. Supplies will be provided. The Ensemble features flutist Christine Smith and guitarist Anna Maria Rosado. Scheduled repertoire for this concert includes Duo No. 1 in D Major, Op. 104 by F. Carulli, J.S. Bach’s Prelude, Fugue and Allegro, Bachianas Brasileiras No. 5 by H. Villa-Lobos, and Works by Beaser, Giuliani and others.
