There is something for everyone to do this week in the Hudson Valley.

July 17. 11:30 a.m. Head to the Rockland Boulders game on All-You-Can-Eat Tuesday in the Billboard Monster seats. AAA members--present your card and get $2 off outfield box seats and 15% off in the Team Store. It's also camp day and Boulder Bird's Birthday. July 16. 6 p.m. There are only two chances left to work with beading extraordinaire Joan Lloyd at the Hendrick Hudson Free Library this summer. Lloyd makes 500 pairs of earrings per year that she donates to battered women's shelters countrywide. For every pair you keep, you donate a pair. Supplies will be provided. July 18. 7:30 p.m. The annual Emil Paolucci Summer Sounds Concert is in full swing with a musical tribute to the “swinging sixties.” The concert runs eight consecutive Wednesdays and is presented by the New Rochelle Council on the Arts, in partnership with the New Rochelle Dept. of Parks and Recreation, and sponsored by Webster Bank. Metro Med is helping underwrite the Aug. 8  concert by New Rochelle Opera. July 19. 6:30 p.m. Head to the Ossining Water Front Open (OWFO) Sailboat Racing Thursdays at the Shattemuc Yacht Club. Sailboats meet on the Ossining water across from the train station at 6 p.m., monitor VHF channel 68 for instructions. All sailboats welcome. July 17. 5:30 p.m. Watch or participate in a Nyack sailboat race. On Tuesdays, head to the concerts at Memorial Park and watch the Nyack Boat Club’s Laser sailboat fleet compete around a course of buoys provided by the Club. Freel free to bring your own boat, too. Free. 59 Gedney St., Nyack.

July 15. 4 p.m. The Doansburg Chamber Ensemble plays today, Sunday, July 15th at 4 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church at 2103 Route 6, just west of Brewster. The Ensemble features flutist Christine Smith and guitarist Anna Maria Rosado.  Scheduled repertoire for this concert includes Duo No. 1 in D Major, Op. 104 by F. Carulli, J.S. Bach’s Prelude, Fugue and Allegro, Bachianas Brasileiras No. 5 by H. Villa-Lobos, and Works by Beaser, Giuliani and others. Tickets for the concert are available at the door at $10 for general admission and $9 for seniors and students.
