It wasn't the sky drivers needed to be worried about in downtown Harrison at about 11 a.m. Sunday. Although the rain had stopped falling, vehicles remained stuck in flood waters on at least two Harrison streets.

UPDATE 11:45 a.m. The vehicle stuck on Union Avenue has been towed from the water. The intersection of Nelson and Union Avenue is still blocked by flood water.

The area near Tamarac Trail is still flooded.
