2. Red Cross Four-Day Babysitting Training Begins Today

The American Red Cross (106 N Broadway, White Plains) will hold a 4-day babysitting training course starting Monday. The class is geared toward teens ages 11 - 15 and will be held from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. The cost is $175.

3. Paper Bag Players Family Show at Emelin Theatre

The (153 Library Ln., Mamaroneck) will host a show by The Paper Bag Players at 11 a.m. Sunday. The performance is geared to children ages three to eight and their families.

4. County Center Hosts Slam Dunk HS Basketball Tournament

The 12th Annual Slam Dunk High School Basketball Tournament will be held Monday starting at noon. The tournament will run through Wednesday and includes boys and girls basketball teams.

5. Melting Pot Fundraiser for St. Jude's Childrens Hospital

The Melting Pot in White Plains is holding a fundraiser called "Fondue for the Kids," which will benefits St. Jude's Childrens Hospital. Visit the restaurant now through Thurs. Dec. 30, order their 3-course fondue special and the restaurant will donate $10 to St. Jude's.
