There will be a story time session for youngsters between the ages of three and five Monday morning from 10:30 - 11 a.m.

2. Red Cross Support Group for Iraq & Afghanistan VETS

The American Red Cross' Westchester Chapter hosts free support groups for Iraq and Afghanistan war veterans every Monday evening from 7 - 9 p.m.

The American Red Cross is located at 106 N. Broadway in White Plains.

3. New York Dance STUDIO Open House

, a dance school in Harrison, is holding an open house this week for parents and children who may be interested in enrolling in their ballet, tap, jazz and modern dance classes.

The school is located at 222 Harrison Ave. in Harrison and is inviting people to stop by to observe classes any day this week from 3:30 - 8 p.m. Current students are also invited to try out other classes free of charge.

4. LMK Middle School Toys for Tots Drive This Week

The l's Service Club is sponsoring a Toys for Tots donation drive from today until Fri. Dec. 17. They're seeking donations of new, unwrapped toys that will be donated to underprivileged children. Toys can be dropped off at the LMK Middle School main office.

5. Free Holiday Choral Concert at SUNY Purchase

A holiday choral concert will be performed by 's voice and opera students tonight from 7 - 10 p.m. in the music building on campus, room 1001. This performance is free and open to the public.
